2Account Registration & Security
When you create an account, you agree to:

- Maintain the security of your connected social accounts.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your automation workflow.
3User Data & Content Ownership
By using our platform, you understand and agree that:
- You retain full ownership of all video content you process through the App.
- You grant us a limited license to process and transfer your content solely for the purpose of distribution to your selected platforms.
- We collect and store minimal account identifiers as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and TikTok Terms of Service.
4API Usage & AI Integration
Our platform integrates with third-party APIs (Google/TikTok). By using these features:
- You are bound by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- You acknowledge that we do not have access to your raw login credentials (passwords).
- We do not train general AI models on your private video data or automation history.
5Limitation of Liability
Back 2 AI provides services "as is" and "as available". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, API changes by third-party providers, or content moderation actions taken by hosting platforms (YouTube/TikTok).
